Arneis, the prominent white grape grown in Northern Italy, produces a wonderfully light, well-balanced wine with firm acidity and elegant fruit. Rarely grown in California, Arneis has crisp flavors of melon, pineapple and green apple with a crisp and clean finish. Our 2007 Arneis was 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks to perserve its fresh fruit aromas and flavors. It is 94% Arneis and 6% Tocai Friulano. It is a delightful white wine that pairs nicely with grilled fish, light pasta dishes and summer salads.
