Cabernet Franc 2008
Our Cabernet Franc produces a deep garnet color with aromas of blueberry, mocha and cedar. We age with 30% new oak for 20 months for prime flavor, bringing out flavors of dark berry, mocha, and cedar spice. We blended with Syrah (20%) for balance and boldness; with strong tannins and a full finish. Our grapes comes from the vineyards of Serres Ranch, Hoffman, and Burnett which is located in Sonoma and Alexander Valley.
