Reserve Wines

Our Reserve wines are elegant and expressive examples of our winemaker’s art, crafted from some of our very best fruit.  The Reserves are similar to our Signature Wines in process, but managed by our winemaking team, who picks the grapes and controls the process.  We hand sort, carefully crushing and fermenting before aging the wine in new French or American oak.  When our winemaking team determines that these wines are an expression of their best, they will release them as our Reserve Wines.  Limited to no more than 500 cases, these wines are extremely food friendly and make an excellent choice for any special occasion.

We use the following varietals to make our “Reserve Wines": 

Chardonnay Pinot Grigio Vernaccia Barbera

Cabernet Sauvignon  Pinot Noir  Primitivo Sangiovese
