Shipping Policies


General Shipping Policy:
  • We cannot ship alcohol to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • When alcoholic beverages are delivered, an adult signature (21 years or older) will be required and proof of age may be requested at the time delivery. For quality assurance, shipping companies will not leave wine on doorsteps, porches or behind locked gates.
  • We do not ship wine over the weekends or major holidays because some damage may occur during the summertime when the temperature is too hot or during the wintertime when the temperature is too cold. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. In cases of extreme weather conditions. We reserve the right to delay the releases of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
 
Tuscan Club Updates:
Any changes to shipping or billing information must be made prior to the first of the month in which your club is shipping. If changes need to be made after a club has processed, club member or customer will be liable for initial shipping charge and any additional fees incurred by shipping carrier.

Tuscan Club Pick-up Policy:
Due to storage limitations, we ask that you pick up your wine on a regular basis. If you have not picked up three (3) of your clubs they will be shipped 30 days after the third club has processed to the address on file, and the credit card on file for your membership will be charged for any shipping charges incurred. If your package has returned to us due to an old or incorrect address provided (or on file) for your wine club, you will not be credited the shipping charges and there will be an additional fee to reship. Should you want to pick up the returned club orders, you will have to call to make an appointment and we require two (2) business days notice to ensure the wine is available at the tasting room.

Returns Policy:
Viansa Winery guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If damage occurs to your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance. We will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase or replace any damaged items. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
 
Cancellation Policy:
You must call 30 days before your next club processing.

Redirects:
If you need to redirect a package, there will be a redirect fee charged to your account

Reships:
If a package has returned to us and you would like the package reshipped, there will be a reshipping fee charged to your account
 
Tracking your order:
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from our shipping carrier with a tracking number.
 
International Shipping:
For out-of-country shipments please call 800-995-4740 or send an email to Tuscan@viansa.com to receive a shipping fee quote.


Shipping Methods:

Standard shipping service:
We ship all of our shipments UPS ground and delivers within 3-5 business days. Some states will require 5-7 business days for deliveries.
 
Overnight shipping service:
If you would like to request overnight shipping we ship via UPS, overnight service is not available in NJ, MA and AZ.
 
Wine Shipping States:
We can ship wine into the following states: AL*, AK, AZ*, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA*, HI, ID, IL, IN*, IA, KS*, LA, ME*, MD, MA*, MI*, MN, MO, MT*, NE, NV, NH*, NJ*, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH*, OR, SC, TN, TX,VT, VA, WA,WI, WV, WY

Alabama:
For an individual consumer to obtain wine they must fill out a letter to the Alabama Beverage Control Board before any wine can be shipped into the state. In addition, the shipment is to be consigned, with freight charges prepaid, directly to the individual in care of an ABC store (where taxes are rendered). Arizona:
Due to the regulations in your state delivery time could take up to 2-4 weeks from order date.
 
Georgia:
We must acquire a copy of the consumer’s driver’s license before the order can be shipped.
 
Indiana:
An initial on-site face-to-face transaction with the consumer is required. IN consumers may only receive off-site shipments if they have made a previous purchase on the premises of the winery.
 
Kansas:
We must acquire a copy of the consumer’s driver’s license before the order can be shipped.
 
Maine:
Due to regulations in your state we are only allowed to ship 750ml bottles of wine.
 
Massachusetts:
Due to the regulations in your state delivery time could take up to 2-4 weeks from order date.
 
Michigan:
We must acquire a copy of the consumer’s driver’s license before the order can be shipped.
 
Montana:
Montana law provides that an adult resident at least 21 years old may apply for a connoisseur's license to receive up to 12 cases per year (personal consumption only) from an out-of-state winery.
 
New Hampshire:
Due to regulations in your state we are only allowed to ship 750ml bottles of wine.
 
New Jersey:
Due to the regulations in your state delivery time could take up to 2-4 weeks from order date.
 
Ohio:
We must acquire a copy of the consumer's driver's license before the order can be shipped.
