Barrel aged for 17 months in 30% new oak to deliver a silky, smoothness and balance, it's a wine balanced with robustness and bright cherry character to enjoy now and over the next 8-10 years with good cellaring.

Our 2010 Merlot is harvested from a special vineyard block on the acclaimed Serres Ranch, a mere 15 minutes north of the Viansa estate. Displaying why this vineyard has earned it's reputation for consistently producing grapes that are rich, complex and full of flavors, the wine benefited from both pristine farming as well as a winemaking regime of 18 months in barrels to soften its bold tannins. An approachable red, it's perfectly suited for a wide range of foods. This is a Merlot to enjoy now and over the years ahead.

Our 2011 Pinot Noir originates from a vineyard that consistently produces rich and complex grapes and is excpetional for growing Pinot Noir. We added 24% Sangiovese to increase mouth feel. This wine was aged for 10 months in 14% new French oak. Enjoy now or cellar up to 5 years.

This is an extremely food-friendly wine, and works in situations that can otherwise be difficult like with dishes containing tomatoes or acidic sauces. Cellar up to 8 years.

The firm but ripe tannins in our 2006 Ossidiana carry on through the long elegant finish. Our goal was to blend the taste of California (bright aromas, fruit-forward flavors) and age it with traditional French techniques (the best oak for several months’ time) to create a wine that is elegant, powerful and memorable. Like the 2005 vintage, this wine is drinking beautifully now, though it was made with the strength and complexity to cellar for the next ten years.
