Viansa sits majestically upon a hilltop, providing breathtaking views of Sonoma Valley, vineyards, olive groves and wetlands. When you visit Viansa, you will feel like you are in Italy. All of our buildings and surroundings are Tuscan inspired. As in Italy, here at Viansa it is all about the marriage between great food, great wine and great people. It is the perfect spot to enjoy award-winning Sonoma wines, Italian delicacies and the warmth and joy of our staff. With just a wisp of imagination, it is easy to believe that you are actually at a villa in Tuscany. When you enter our Marketplace is a treat for all the senses! Whether you are exploring Italian wines or looking to indulge in gourmet food items, searching for unique gift baskets, elegant wine accessories or home décor, the Viansa Marketplace offers an unforgettable shopping experience.

Your source for Italian wine varietals

We are a leading producer of award-winning Italian varietal wines - Barbera, Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Primitivo, Pinot Grigio, Tocai Friulano, Vernaccia and Arneis. In addition, we produce award-winning Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. All of our wines are available to taste for a nominal tasting fee. Taste any four of our Villa wines for $5 or any four of our Reserve or Signature Series wines for $10. If you purchase a bottle or more of wine, your tasting is complementary. Our tasting room team love's to share their enthusiasm and knowledge of wine and food in an atmosphere that is extremely friendly.

A marketplace for unique wine gifts, food, art, and much more

But great wines are only half of the equation. We produce a number of food products that consists of dessert sauces, conserves, marinades, oils, vinegars, vinaigrettes, tapenades, glazes, honey, mustards, and pasta and pizza sauces. Many of our food products are made utilizing our wines and they are all made with fresh, natural ingredients. All of our food products are available for complimentary tasting at our Food Tasting Cart. Our Marketplace, like Italy, is also filled with unique merchandise items - italian pottery, glassware, table décor, wine openers, cheese plates, decanters, plates and bowls, chef jackets, cookbooks, t-shirts, gift bags, paintings, bottle stops, gift baskets and picnic items.

If you are looking for a place to have a relaxing lunch, look no further. Viansa is the perfect place. In addition to great food and phenomenal views, you can catch glimpses of one of the over 500 species of birds that have been sighted on its wetland. We offer fresh made sandwiches, salads, antipasti, soups, and fruit salads. From May through October, you can also enjoy wood-fired pizza and wine pairing on the patio. You can also enjoy a game of bocce ball!

Viansa’s Tasting Room and Marketplace hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. Visitors to Viansa will often tell you there's a magical quality here.
