There is no fee to join the Viansa wine club.

Member benefits begin once you have purchased your first allocation. You will not be charged until you make a purchase in the tasting room, a curbside pick-up or your wine is shipped to you.

The Wine Club Shipment cycle for our 4 & 6 bottle members is in February, April, September & November, our 12 bottle members receive shipments in April & November. Members who are concerned about shipping in the warmer months can combine shipments.

Membership is open to individuals over the age of 21, shared memberships are limited to those living at the same residence or in a domestic partnership and for no more than two people.

All wine orders are provided with member appropriate pricing.

When signing up online, new members will automatically receive the most recent WC shipment (subject to availability). If you sign up within 4 weeks of a scheduled allocation you have the option to receive both shipments, or just the upcoming selection.

When signing up in the tasting room, or over the telephone, guests will have the opportunity to customize their selections relevant to the level of membership they are joining.

You can elect to pick up your wines or have them shipped to you. Standard shipping rates apply* and can be found below.

Before each wine club allocation, we will share pre-shipping communication with you. This will be sent via email and details your selections, while offering you the opportunity to customize and make additions. We do ask that all requests are made prior to the deadline shared in the pre-ship email. And Yes! We will send you a reminder.

The Pre-ship communication will also include important dates such as first and last days to pick up your wines (for will call members), and the latest dates to update shipping and billing information as well as substitutions and additions.

Will call allocations that are not picked up in within the scheduled time frame will be shipped automatically, and the shipping charges applied to your credit card on file. We will do our best to accommodate extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us before the last date of collection to make your requests.

Once your order is ready for collection or shipping a ‘pre-authorization’ charge will be applied to your credit card. This ensures your selections are held for you. We will not bill your card until the wines are shipped or collected from the tasting room.

The charge will reflect your member pricing, and any applicable tax and shipping charges.

Please not that additional wine orders are considered as such and are not applied to future wine club allocations.

You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments and an adult signature is required upon delivery. Our preferred carrier is FedEx and we can ship to homes or business but regret we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

An adult signature will be required to receive your shipment.

Viansa Wine Club is a perpetual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time in writing, simply email wineclub@viansa.com

If you chose to cancel your membership or skip an allocation after the stated deadline, or after your order has shipped, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment. Should this order return to us, the refund amount will be less the shipping a restocking fee.

SKIPS AND SUSPENSIONS
Experiencing a financial hardship, expanding your family, or traveling around the world…4 & 6 bottle club members can skip up to two allocations in a 12-month period, 12 bottle club members can skip one. Please note that your member benefits will also be on hold until your next Viansa wine purchase.

Alternatively, you can gift your allocation to anyone over the age of 21, simply contact our team with the details of the recipient and we will take care of the rest.

CANCELLATIONS
Members who cancel their club membership prior to receiving at least two club shipments will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the discounts received against orders placed as wine club members as well as all complimentary tasting fees.

All cancellations and address changes must be received in writing by emailing wineclub@viansa.com prior to the scheduled ship date to be applied to the upcoming shipment.

GIFTED MEMBESHIPS
Wine makes a great gift! Why not wow your loved ones with a gifted club membership?
All shipments are sent without your payment information and will include any appropriate wine club materials.

Gifted memberships include all of benefits that come with being a member. The minimum enrolment is for 2 shipments for 4, 6 or 12 bottle selections. You can decide if you want to extend this or simply notify us in writing when you are ready for the membership to end.

SHIPPING
Wine is a perishable product and subject to spoilage in extreme temperatures, which is why our wine club shipments are planned for the cooler months.

During the hottest and coldest times of the year, we may choose to delay your shipment; we will always advise you if this happens.

However, if during the warmer months you would like to take advantage of an offer or promotion, you can Buy Now – Ship Later. Details will be shared seasonally, alternatively please email wineclub@viansa.com for more information.

We do offer a 2-day summer shipping rates. These too are shared with you seasonally.

Shipping rates to Hawaii are charged per bottle and shipped 2 day air.
We regret that we are unable to ship to AK, DE, MS, RI or UT.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory with the current vintage. Please contact the wine club team at wineclub@viansa.com or call us on 800 995 4740 x 3 to notify us of any damages or flaws.

MEMBER PRIVILEGES & BENEFITS
Members must be present to take advantage of their preferential pricing and benefits of the club. This includes reservations and all purchases. We are unable to authorize the use of a member’s credit card if the member is no present at the time of the sale or has provided written consent for a third party to collect their wine orders.

We are unable to split cheques or bills amongst multiple credit cards.
Anniversary benefits are available to members who have accepted all allocations at the member level in a 12-month period.
