Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are required for all tasting experiences and table rentals. Online reservations are available for up to 8 guests. For parties of 9+ guests, please call (800) 995-4740 or contact us here to plan your visit.
If you do not have a reservation, you are welcome to visit our marketplace for wines by the bottle and grab-and-go snacks to enjoy on our upper lawn. Seating is limited and not guaranteed — bring your own blanket!
Can I visit Viansa with a group of 9 or more?
To provide your party and other guests with the best experience possible, we ask that all groups of 9+ guests contact our team to plan your visit. We would love to help accommodate your group in a way that meets your needs and provides the most enjoyable visit for everyone!
Can children join my wine tasting?
To preserve a peaceful wine tasting environment, our reserved experiences and table rentals are for adult guests only. Children are invited to join you on our Alta Terrazza (upper lawn) for a grab-and-go picnic. We kindly ask that children in your party remain seated and supervised in this designated area at all times; please do not allow running, playing or roaming.
Can non-tasting adults join my wine tasting?
Non-tasting adults are welcome to join your reserved experience for $20 per person and will be offered one non-alcoholic beverage.
What if it rains on the day of my tasting?
Sonoma typically experiences rain in the winter and early spring — never fear! We will do our best to accommodate your group in one of our sheltered spaces, or work with you to reschedule for a later date.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Sorry, outside food and drinks are not allowed! Our Italian marketplace offers something to satisfy every appetite, including artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, grab-and-go snacks and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.
