Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our products and services.
Items that are damaged in transit, or are not to your satisfaction, will be replaced. Any unsatisfactory items need to be re-corked with remaining contents and returned in order to receive a refund.
If you wish to return your wine within 30 days and opt out of reordering, you will be credited the bottles returned, less a 15% re-stocking fee and freight cost.
If your order has returned to our warehouse due to damage or an error on the part of the shipping carrier, we will re-ship it at no cost to you. If your order has been returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $15 per package will be charged to the credit card on file.
If your order has already shipped and you: 1) Want to make a change to the shipping address, or 2) Want the order to be held for future delivery (up to 14 days), please be aware that our carriers charge a $15 per package fee for these requests and this cost will be passed onto you. Please also be aware that we can only redirect shipments within the same state due to tax/compliance statutes.
We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition and in a timely manner, and feel it is important to inform you that all shipping carriers require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We always recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.

We may also collect other information that we request from you and that you provide to us. We use the information described above to process your requests and wine club orders; communicate with you about our products, services, offers, events and promotions, and offer you products and services we believe may be of interest to you; contact you if we have not heard from you in a while; allow you to send a message to a friend (by using this functionality, you are telling us that you are entitled to use and provide us with your friend’s name and email address); to participate in sweepstakes, contests or similar promotions (some of these activities may be subject to additional rules, which you should read carefully); analyze trends and enhance our communications strategies with you; and to improve the quality of our online guest services.
We may also use this information for system administration to diagnose problems with our servers and software or to administer our site, to gather demographic information, and to monitor the level of activity on our site. We track visitors’ traffic patterns throughout their online sessions, including which pages or specific URLs a visitor views while visiting our pages.
How We May Disclose Your Information
In certain cases, we may disclose your personal data to third parties under limited circumstances if we conclude that we are required by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Winery, our customers, or the public.

We may aggregate your personal data so that the aggregated information does not personally identify you or anyone else. If we combine any non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated by us as personal information as long as it is combined. We may collect, use, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.
