An easy-to-drink sparkling wine perfect for parties or everyday celebrations. In classic Brut style, this bubbly expresses bright acidity and fresh fruit. It opens with aromatics of green pear and citrus notes, while underlying aromatics of brioche and vanilla round the wine out beautifully.

Enjoy this wine with hard cheeses like an aged Gruyère or Parmesan and almonds for an appetizer. It would also pair beautifully with Kumamoto oysters with a Champagne mignonette.
This artwork conveys a celebration and matches the effervescence of our Brut sparkling wine. The gold inlay is representative of the aging process of the wine as well as the brioche and vanilla flavor influences. The bubbly forms seen in the gray design throughout this piece mimic the bubbles in the glass.
The base wine is a blend of 41% Chardonnay and 59% Pinot Noir. Following the Méthode Champenoise, or traditional method, there is a second fermentation in the bottle with liqueur de triage (a wine, sugar, and yeast mixture) before the wine is riddled and disgorged. On the disgorge bottling line, a dosage of wine and sugar tops off the bottles.

Our wine labels are more than decoration—they reflect heritage, craftsmanship, and our Italian roots. Inspired by the hand-painted frescoes once featured on past bottles, in 2018 we set out to reintroduce authentic Italian artistry in a fresh, modern way. That vision led us to Maria Giannini, a sixth-generation artisan and the first woman to lead her family’s 150-year-old marbling studio, Giulio Giannini e Figlio, in Florence.
Maria’s hand-marbled papers, crafted with traditional tools and natural pigments, form the foundation of our Terra and Altura Collection labels. Each wine features a unique pattern and color palette inspired by its distinct flavor profile and story, interpreted through a close collaboration between Maria and Viansa.
