Founded more than 30 years ago, Viansa’s rich history is represented by the label on this bottle and the wine within it. The gold lines on the label are a topographic model of the contours of our hillside, while the name of this wine — trentesimo — is the Italian word for 30th.

Harvested in the early morning and destemmed into closed-topped stainless steel tanks. Inoculated with the Clos strain of yeast, which was selected for its ability to lift fruit and round out the middle palate. Wine fermented in tank for 15 days with twice daily pumpovers before it was drained and pressed, and then went through secondary fermentation in tank. Wine was aged in 25% new oak for 19 months.
