Vineyard Notes

Our Prosecco comes from a hilly zone between Venice and the Dolomite mountains in northeastern Italy. This area is considered the pinnacle of Prosecco production, so renowned for quality that it holds Italy’s highest DOCG classification. The slopes here are so steep that nearly all harvesting is done by hand — a true labor of love passed down from generation to generation for centuries. The warm days and cool nights help preserve the grapes’ bright acidity and delicate aromatics. Each sip reflects the craftsmanship and terroir of Valdobbiadene, delivering a sparkling wine that’s as authentic as it is delightful.

Winemaker Notes

Made in the Charmat method, or Italian method, this wine is fermented and aged in tank where the lees are hard settled. This slight lees aging gives some nice richness to the wine. The wine is then moved off the lees to a pressurized tank and CO2 is added to the wine before bottling.

Our Label Story

Behind the Marble

Our wine labels are more than decoration—they reflect heritage, craftsmanship, and our Italian roots. Inspired by the hand-painted frescoes once featured on past bottles, in 2018 we set out to reintroduce authentic Italian artistry in a fresh, modern way. That vision led us to Maria Giannini, a sixth-generation artisan and the first woman to lead her family’s 150-year-old marbling studio, Giulio Giannini e Figlio, in Florence.

Maria’s hand-marbled papers, crafted with traditional tools and natural pigments, form the foundation of our Terra and Altura Collection labels. Each wine features a unique pattern and color palette inspired by its distinct flavor profile and story, interpreted through a close collaboration between Maria and Viansa.
