				To join our wine club, you must be at least 21 years of age and authorize the winery to charge your credit card on file for ongoing wine allocations. The average allocation price for the Cielo membership tier is $525, but the price will vary depending on the wines selected.
Membership requires a minimum one-year commitment (three allocations) upon enrollment and continues until a formal cancellation request is submitted. Early cancellations are subject to a fee equal to the average allocation price for your membership tier.
Cancellations must be made by phone at (800) 995-4740, by email at wineclub@viansa.com, or via our online cancellation form. If a cancellation request is received while a shipment is in transit, the shipment will be processed and charged as scheduled.
All wine shipments require an adult (21+) signature at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend using a business address for shipping. Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Allocations will be held for 30 days for members who choose to pick up at the winery. After 30 days, unclaimed allocations will be shipped to the address on file and standard shipping rates will apply.

				Viansa wine club allocations are released in April, October and December. We’ll send emails and texts to your contact info on file about two weeks before your next allocation is released. During this time, you are welcome to customize the wines in your allocation online via your member portal or by contacting our team.

				All wine shipments require an adult (21+) signature at the time of delivery. If you are not normally home during regular business hours, we recommend shipping to a business address, such as a FedEx or UPS location. Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
					 Can I pick up my wine at the tasting room? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Discovery tier allocations must be shipped. Members of all other tiers can choose the “Pickup” option when signing up or contact our team before your next ship date. Once released, your wine will be held for 30 days; after 30 days, unclaimed allocations will be shipped to the address on file and standard shipping rates will apply.

				When you join, you will receive your first allocation right away so you can start enjoying all of your member benefits. Going forward, allocations will ship in April, October and December. We’ll send emails and text messages announcing upcoming allocations about 2 weeks before they ship.

We kindly ask our members for a minimum commitment of one year (three allocations) upon signup. If you choose to cancel before the one-year mark, an early cancellation fee (equivalent to the average price of your allocation) will be billed to the card on file.
